Nayee Udaan is a registered non-governmental organization founded in 2010 by Clinical Psychologist Mrs. Rati Sapkal. With a mission to foster personal growth and community well-being, we work with students, parents, and teachers—especially those from underprivileged and rural backgrounds. Our core areas include personality development, mental health awareness, career guidance, and women’s empowerment.
Through a panel of expert educators and psychologists, we conduct programs in schools, colleges, and communities. These include aptitude testing, life skills workshops, hygiene and nutrition awareness, adolescent and reproductive health education, and self-defense training for girls. We actively work in Pune and rural areas like Bhor, Velhe, and Nanded to spread our reach.
Our Team
Mrs. Rati Patil Sapkal is a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in mental health, personality development, and community outreach. Her qualifications include:
– B.A. & M.A. in Clinical Psychology
– Diploma in Child & Family Counselling
-Training in Life Skills, Study Skills, Learning Disabilities, and Human Resources
She has served as a resource person and trainer for multiple NGOs, Pune Municipal Corporation schools, the Rotary Club, and national-level mental health programs. Her sessions cover areas such as study skills, gender equality, parenting, reproductive health, and youth counseling. Under her leadership, Nayee Udaan has received recognition across educational and social platforms.
